If other attempts are needed they will be attempted the following day and so forth. With routine service the first attempt will be attempted between 2-4 days after booking our service. In such cases, after we make three diligent attempts to serve them—each at different times and days—we prepare a detailed Due Diligence report. This report documents every attempt we made, including the exact dates and times, demonstrating our exhaustive efforts. We then provide you with this Due Diligence document so you can confidently file it with the court, ensuring your legal process continues smoothly and professionally. Once you fill out the form on our website, upload all legal documents and choose the type of service you want (same-day or routine), you will see a message right under the form stating it has been submitted. Once submitted, we will receive all info and uploads. We will evaluate them to ensure we have all we need to move forward. Next, we will email you an invoice to be paid. Once paid, we will print all documents, upload them, and begin service. We will keep you updated after every attempt through email. And once completed we will send you a Proof of Service or Due Diligence document for you to submit to the court.
